Departure

Quick blogging incursion - I'm still on holidays- to share what I wore in the end departing for the tropics: an almost all grey ensemble, a mix-up of the 4 looks I had in mind.

It turned out to be very practical and comfortable considering the then rainy and fresh weather, stressing delays in Paris to CDG airport public transportations thanks to a strike in the RER, and later the freezing AC in the plane.

A nightly arrival and somewhat air-conditioned airport limited the impact of heat and humidity, so after taking off the coat, folding sweater and scarf in a bag, it turned out that the underneath cotton tee, skinny jeans and sneakers was a good -in a comfy and practical way- option.

      That's very sweet, thanks! It's the Uniqlo denim legging trousers in dark grey. Very very comfy and soft.

      Thanks a lot! I had a crush on this NB x Comptoir des Cotonniers collaboration and it sold out so fast!! I was lucky to get the black and grey pairs.

    Ooh. I've been looking at the NB trainers recently. I came across a pair of NB 410's in the navy and the burgundy and then the black and grey suede 420's came in to the picture too. I can't decide which probably means I will end up with nada.

    But perfect airport look and you're right to layer. That airplane air con can be a bit fierce at times.

      Thanks Sue! In my case I couldn't decide so I got both black and grey! Haha! I'm usually not into buying multiples of the same item but recently suffered some shoe fever...
