Inspiration: look of the day

One of the biggest style reveal I've had these recent years is my love affair with brogues. They work for me and I feel good in them so I tend to incorporate them in as much outfits as I can. 

And like clockwork, every winter I crave a faux furry coat/jacket and this year is no exception. Here this outtake from Elle France brilliantly mixes both of my at the moment crushes. 

I really like how the suit calms down the ostentation of the faux fur and the jewelry -the chain necklace over the rollneck and pins on the lapel of the jacket- plays as well on the feminine and masculine codes.
