Monday december 23rd and having the day to myself for the last Christmas errands: Here's what I wore.
I intended to wear some sort of sneakers with my outfit for the sake of the intense scheduled run around town shopping I had planned and because reports indicated a wet and agitated weather.
But I'm a bit bored at the moment with sneakers incorporated in city looks so instead grabbed my classics patent oxfords and instantly felt better, more pulled together.
I have a few thoughts on what 2013 meant for me style-wise and one thing's for sure the mix of masculine/feminine has been a deep influence.
beanie/bonnet: C&A - coat/manteau: Comptoir des Cotonniers - (striped/rayé) top : Dries van Noten - grey long sleeves top /top gris à manches longues + scarf/écharpe : COS - jeans: H&M - patent oxford shoes/chaussures: Fratelli Rossetti -sac/bag: Céline Trio
You're right - the patent Oxfords really sharpens up the whole look doesn't it compared to if you'd worn trainers. Sometimes it's good to have a break from what we love and try something else. Love the cute beanie - fab colour.
RépondreSupprimerYeah, it's really the little changes that add some interest and renew the excitement! Thanks re the beanie!
SupprimerI am experiencing some major deja vu here. Haha I literally just wore the same thing minus the striped top. Happy holidays!
