Guess what?

Can you guess what's been my favourite item of clothing these past weeks?

  2. That's one good investment piece. I have a long grey sweatshirt which is a similar shape from Aubin & Wills - it's just a little too easy sometimes!

I think you look amazing in the middle picture with the coat and boots. I want to look like that when I'm dressed for the weather but somehow I don't pull it off like you. I know - I'm missing some kick-ass boots!

    1. Thanks! I love what Aubin & Wills does but I have to cross the channel or order online to actually get their clothes....
I guess that's the plus side of our neverending winter because I can still wear those otk boots without feeling out of place at all! Haha!

  3. Love how versatile this is! You look great as always.

My favourite item at the moment is a sailor-ish top I bought last year - a stiff linen cotton twill that has enough structure to look polished but the lightness and boxy fit is perfect for the steamy weather here. I keep finding new ways to wear it!

I'm dreaming of the day I can wear linen!
Your top sounds so good, the kind of item that never goes out of style and brings the personal touch to any look!

    1. Thanks so much Lindsay!
I spent all "official" winter trying to protect them from the cold but I just had enough of cover-up tactics and missed my curls so much I had to set them free!

  6. I'm always kind of impressed when I see someone successfully pairing a winter coat with a thick sweater. I can never fit my coats over knitwear, and if I purchase larger coats then they billow and swamp my shoulders if I 'don't' wear thick knits beneath them! I'm not making sense am I? Haha....but I love how you've styled this lovely sweater, especially with the scarves, it seems incredibly versatile, stylish AND comfy!
Oh, and add me to the list of folks who admire your hair!

    1. Haha you crack me up dear!
I know exactly what you mean and that's why I have a simple no big knit policy. It's just too heavy, too complicated to work out with outerwear I agree.
I was quite afraid of the Bibendum effect wearing this one, but that must be the magic of Marant I guess because it works with all my coats easily!

A heartfelt thanks for the hair comment!
